Photos you check
The headshot checker reads and analyzes the image you select in your web browser. The current checker code does not upload the photo to our server or store it on this site. The image remains on your device while the browser performs the checks.
Site requests and hosting
This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. When your browser requests a page, Cloudflare may process the IP address and technical request information, such as the requested URL, browser or device details, and request time, to route, secure, and operate its network services. Cloudflare describes its own handling of visitor and network data in its Privacy Policy.
The current site has no account system or contact form. If you email us, we receive the email address and message you choose to send and use them to respond. Your email provider may also process that message under its own policies.
Google Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use this website and to improve its pages and tools. It collects browsing and interaction information, such as pages viewed, referring links, browser and device information, and events such as scrolling or outbound link clicks. Your browser sends information to Google when the analytics code runs. The analytics code does not send the photo you select in our checker to Google.
This site uses Google Analytics cookies, including _ga and _ga_*, to distinguish visitors and maintain session information. These are first-party cookies stored in your browser. For details, see Google's explanation of Analytics cookies and how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Google also offers a Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on for supported browsers. Blocking cookies alone does not necessarily prevent all analytics requests.
Third-party advertising
This site displays a Corel PaintShop Pro banner through CJ Affiliate (Commission Junction). Loading the banner requests its creative from a CJ ad-serving domain, which receives the technical information needed to deliver that image, such as your IP address, browser, and request time. If you follow the banner, the tracked link passes through CJ to the advertiser so a qualifying referral can be attributed. CJ and the advertiser may use cookies or similar technologies for referral measurement under their own policies. We may earn a commission if you make a purchase through the ad; the site does not receive your selected photo through this banner.
For details about their practices, read CJ Affiliate's Privacy Policy and the advertiser's privacy information. You can manage cookies through your browser settings.
Your choices and questions
You can use the checker without sending us your photo. You may choose not to email us, and you can manage cookies through your browser. For privacy questions or requests about an email you sent us, contact contact@residencyheadshot.com.
